Terms & Conditions

1. This program is only available for Friends of Bird Park and Friends of Wildlife members.
2. The program fee excludes admission into Jurong Bird Park. Friends of Bird Park and Friends of Wildlife members must present their membership card (physical or electronic) for admission on the day of program.
3. Each family membership card can register the number of children listed under the membership.
4. Price and program are correct at the point of communication and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Fees paid are non-refundable. However, we accept replacement of participant or participation in an alternative program of the same value.
7. Some parts of the program are weather permitting. In the event of wet weather, the Education Department reserves the right to replace the affected outdoor program with an indoor program deemed suitable according to the staff’s own discretion.
8. Participants will be accompanied by Education staff throughout the program.
