Yey, just paid my trip to Bali this November! Yesterday, we made a booking at Jetstar for flight to Bali, Indonesia. We didnt pay online to avoid the online fee. Jetstar has been our favorite budget airline because of its offline payment option. If you are currently residing in Singapore you can choose to pay offline via Singpost to avoid booking and service fee. We always select it as payment method because I work nearby.
If you want to know how to pay via Singpost please check guide below.
After you booked your flight the status will be “On Hold”. You have 48 hours to pay or your booking will be cancelled. Please have the following information handy when you make your payment.
1. Jetstar Asia Booking Reservation Number
2. Total amount due
3. NRIC/FIN
4. Name of person traveling
5. Contact number
How to pay at SingPost:
1. Walk in to any SingPost post office and tell to the staff that it is for Jetstar payment.
2. Staff will give you a form (see below). I suggest to fill up the form in big letter so it is easy to understand.
3. Payment can be made either in Cash or NETS
3. Upon payment approval, the staff will issue a printed receipt.
The final itinerary will be sent within 24 hours. I visit the Singpost office during lunch time at 1PM-2PM and theres no queue. You can also choose to pay via SAM and 7-eleven but I haven’t tried it. For more information of Jetstar payment option please check their official website.
I do hope this short guide has been useful to you.
See you!
