Before we renovated our unit at Deca Clark Pampanga, we set-up first the utilities such as electricity and water connection, and building permit for the construction bond.
Unit owners, especially not a local residence at Clark Pampanga may get easily confused which one should come first and how to process smoothly. We needed help in applying for electric connection because we can’t be at our unit all the time. Luckily, we have a care taker who takes care of other process in behalf of us.
Sharing with you the application requirements, procedure and some notes.
